It can be hard to find the right person to talk to. Often talking with family or friends just doesn’t seem to be enough. That is why I believe getting connected to a therapist can be the greatest thing a person can do for themselves. I am happy you are here, and I understand this step can be hard.
I have always genuinely enjoyed listening to others, helping them creatively solve problems, and work towards their goals. I understand personally how the affects of depression, anxiety, and substance use can cause chaos in our lives and result in feelings of isolation. I offer clients a space where they can express their thoughts and feelings without any fear of judgement. I am passionate about helping individuals work towards the authentic life they envision for themselves!
