You are tired of feeling dissatisfied or “stuck” with your life. You are at the point where you know something needs to change and you want to work towards becoming your better self.

 

Knowing where to go or what to do next can be difficult and overwhelming, and finding help can be challenging in today’s world.


I wanted to become a therapist after watching mental health and substance use wreak havoc on family and others around me. I also experienced challenges in managing life with depression and anxiety. I know how scary change can be, but also how beneficial it is to accept and work with change.

I will help you change by:


- Identifying and changing thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that are barriers to reaching your full potential.


- Helping you learn and use strategies that will give you the ability to RESPOND, instead of REACT to symptoms and situations.


- Exploring what is important to you so that you can find the motivation to change and improve.
